TGM Contracting & Remodeling
Bathroom, Basement & Handyman Remodeling — Wayne County, Northern Cayuga & Western Oswego, NY
The Challenge
TGM needed a site that looked like the work: sharp, organized and built to last. It had to speak to homeowners and rental owners in a rural three-county area, put handyman work on equal footing with full remodels, and turn visitors into booked consultations without a pushy sales feel.
What We Delivered
- ✦ Custom black-and-gold design system (Barlow Condensed type, square lines, gold accents) applied sitewide
- ✦ Service pages for bathrooms, basements, handyman work, rental turnovers and general remodeling
- ✦ Town and county pages for Wayne, northern Cayuga and western Oswego counties
- ✦ Lead form wired straight into the contractor’s job-management app (no email inbox middleman)
- ✦ 24/7 AI phone and chat assistant that answers questions and books consultations
- ✦ Financing pre-qualification built into every service page
- ✦ Google Business Profile setup, verification and weekly posting
- ✦ Ongoing blog (three posts a week) and Search Console monitoring
How We Built It
Every page runs on one design system, so new service or town pages drop in already on-brand. Headings, buttons and photo grids are reusable blocks, which keeps the site fast to update and consistent from the homepage to the deepest town page. Copy is written in plain language for homeowners, with no inflated claims, and each page ends with a clear next step: call, text or request a consultation.
Local Search Setup
We mapped each service to the towns TGM actually serves, wrote unique copy for each area, and connected the site, Google Business Profile and Search Console so rankings and leads can be tracked end to end. Search impressions roughly doubled month over month in the first full months on the new domain.
