How it works: one flight per visit — additional flights are $95. You are buying deliverables, not airtime: the photo and video counts above are what you get. Commercial roofs over 10,000 sq ft are quoted separately starting at $650. First 25 miles from Red Creek are free, then $0.90 per mile.

Do I get the files the same day?Yes, unedited, handed over on site. Editing takes 48 hours.
Do you write inspection reports?No. We deliver photographs. You or your contractor make the call — that keeps a roof scan at $225 instead of triple.
What about weather?Steady rain and hard wind ground the aircraft. We reschedule at no charge.
Can you fly near the airports?Yes. Flights inside controlled airspace around Syracuse and Rochester are flown with LAANC authorization, which we handle before we arrive.
